Refund policy

BMLL does not accept returns for any reason.  This is primarily due to the customization and nature of producing each unit to our specifications.  If however a customer receives a damaged part due to shipment, and customer confirms damage by sending us imagery, we will re-mail courtesy replacement parts at no additional cost.
